Whilst we do our best to keep all stock levels up to date, from time to time, a product may be unavailable or on back order. If this happens we will contact you directly to advise of any delay, offer an alternative or a refund of the purchase price.

Shipping Information
All New Zealand orders are sent via NZ Courier or Rural Post. Once your order has been processed, our aim is for overnight delivery to urban areas and within 7 days for rural areas.
For international orders, please contact us for a quote.
Return Policy
While all care is taken in sending goods, goods that have been received damaged or broken will be replaced at the sellers cost. EXCEPTION – Art Work for Sale.
Notification must be provided to the seller within 7 days of receipt.
If you change your mind or the products are not suitable for your project, products may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the cost of the products excluding freight OR products may be exchanged. For any price difference between exchanged products, these must be paid by the purchaser or a refund can be provided if the products cost less than the original purchase. All freight to be paid by the purchaser.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
